Offer Terms and Conditions:

1. Customer transacting between 1st Jan – 31st Jan 2025 will be given equivalent cashback of their 1st transaction back into their wallets as “Cashback”
2. Cashback will be on the charging amount which is exclusive of taxes
3. Minimum transaction amount to qualify for the campaign is Rs. 100 (exclusive of taxes)
4. Maximum Cashback threshold is Rs. 500.

• Eg : A customer charges the vehicle for Rs. 460 + Taxes , then Rs. 460 will be credited to the Shell Recharge Wallet
• Eg: A customer chargers the vehicle for Rs. 560 + Taxes , then Rs. 500 will be credited to the Shell Recharge Wallet
• Eg: A customer chargers the vehicle for Rs. 90 + Taxes , the customer will not be eligible for any cashback.

1. The cashback will be rounded off for every transaction. Eg : For a transaction of Rs.188.7, the user is eligible for a cashback of Rs. 189. Eg: For a transaction of Rs.188.3, the user is eligible for a cashback of Rs. 188.
2. The cashback shall be credited in the Customer’s wallet of Shell Recharge India Application within 10 working days after the campaign has ended.
3. The cashback cannot be transferred to another person or to his/her bank account.
4. Shell’s computation of the cashback shall be final, conclusive and binding on the user and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned.
5. The offer is valid only for successful/approved transactions

7. By participating in the Offer, the Customers shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions
